If you’re an experienced electrical or embedded software engineer who enjoys owning the bigger picture—not just individual components—this role gives you the chance to shape how modern off-highway vehicles are designed, built and supported.
As Electrical & Software Lead Engineer, you’ll be the technical authority for vehicle electrical architecture and embedded software across a full product range. You’ll lead and mentor a small specialist team, set the technical direction, and see your designs move from concept through prototype to production.
This is a role with real influence. You’ll define CAN architectures, approve wiring harness designs, guide ECU and software strategies, and ensure systems meet performance, safety, EMC and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with project management, production, suppliers and service teams—so your decisions directly impact reliability, serviceability and the end user experience.
